✨ Identities - What identity have you created for yourself that is keeping you stuck in this space of poor time management? Have you created an identity that places people-pleasing over your own well-being? Rewrite the story on who you are and how you relate to time.
✨ Beliefs - Your beliefs around your time and your schedule can keep you stuck in the same cycle. Learn how to change your thoughts and beliefs so you can alter the way you manage your time!
✨Feelings - What do your feelings have to do with managing your schedule? A lot! Learning how to process and interpret your feelings can help you overcome time loss for good.
